Concentrix Unpaid Wages Lawsuit

Barnett v. Concentrix Solutions Corp. et al.

On February 18, 2022, a Concentrix employee filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona to recover unpaid overtime and unpaid wages including Paid Sick Time, Paid Time Off, and incentive pay earned during his employment at Concentrix.  Concentrix provides marketing services to customers throughout the United States and hires Customer Representatives like the Plaintiff in this case to perform telephone sales and service for Concentrix’s customers.

The Plaintiff, a Customer Representative, brings his claims on behalf of himself and other Customer Representatives who worked for Concentrix in Arizona. In the Complaint, the Plaintiff alleges that Concentrix failed to pay him and the other Customer Representatives all the overtime they were due, including for time they are required to work off the clock loading computer systems, finishing calls with customers, and attending huddle meetings.  In addition, Plaintiff alleges that he and the other Customer Representatives were not paid for all the incentive pay they had earned, resulting in Concentrix failing to pay them at the proper overtime rate and owing them wages they had earned. Plaintiff also alleges that Concentrix failed to pay the Customer Representatives Paid Sick Time and Paid Time Off.  As a result of these practices, Plaintiff alleges that he was not paid overtime and wages due in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Arizona law.
